RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 453
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU1NCIL OF THE CITY
OF A?1AHEII AUTHORIZING THE MJAYOR P -ND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN ACREEMNT FOR THE E12LOY-
rMNT OF RICHARD RUDE, AIS? INDIVIDUAL, AS TENNIS
INSTRUCTOR.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to secure the
services of a Tennis Instructor having, as his primary duty, the
direction of the Summer School Tennis Program at Canyon High School
for the Anaheim Parks, Recreation and the Arts Department; and
WHEREAS, Richard Pude, an individual, is capable of ren-
dering such services and desires to be employed for such purpose;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, -the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that terms and conditions of an agrees.}ent,
submitted herewith and dated the 12th day of Julv, 1976, employing
Richard Rude to Perf-orrn the services of Tennis Instructor be, and
the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mavor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
