A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUx CIL OF `_T_`I-E CITY
OF t"-AAH L`IN APPROVIwlG THE T=S T=IC? CONDITIONS
OF A THIRD AGIRE-E-R.M' 11HT I;I` H PACIFIC
DRIVE-IN THE02E.RS, IYC. , AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERT TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEP,:-ENT.
WHEREAS, Pacific Drive -In Theaters, Inc., is in need
of additional parking spaces for the operation of their facility
from time to time; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim Inas available parking
spaces at the Anaheim Stacium for use by Pacific Drive -In
Theaters, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, an amended agreement has been prepared and
reviewed by staff to permit the use of the Anaheim Stadium as
additional parking for Pacific Drive -In Theaters, Inc., for a
period of one year, the terms and conditions of which are satis-
factory to the Ctiy of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a third
amended agreement permitting Pacific Drive -In Theaters, Inc.,
to use parking space at Anaheim Stadium for a period of one
year be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to xecute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved an& signed by
this 3rd day of August , 1976.
