RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 443
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH SECURITY PACIFIC NATIONAL
BANK PERTAINING TO THE LEASE OF CERTAIN EQUIP-
MENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
(IBM Disk Storage, Type 3330, SIN 26795)
WHEREAS, the City is engaged in providing data process-
ing services for various City of Anaheim departments and other
governmental entities in the area; and
WHEREAS, in order to perform said data processing ser-
vices, it is necessary to procure adequate equipment to perform
this function; and
WHEREAS, Security Pacific National Bank has offered to
lease said equipment to the City; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of an agreement are
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
submitted herewith and dated the 4th day of June, 1976, between
the City of Anaheim and Security Pacific National rank pertaining
to the lease of one IBM Disk Storage, Type 3330, ,S/N 26795 be, and
the same are, hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
