RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 442
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COT14CIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS
TO EXECU'T'E DOCUTMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH FED-
ERAL CIVIL DEFENSE PROGRAMS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following named individuals are hereby auth-
orized to execute for and in behalf of the City of Anaheim,
a public entity established under the laws of the State of
California, applications and documents for the purpose of ob-
taining financial assistance under the Federal Civil Defense
Act of 1950, As Amended, (Public Law 920, 81st Congress, 50
U.S.C. 2251-2297).
