A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-324, NUNC
PRO TUNC, BY CORRECTING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF
POLICE CAPTAIN AND FIRE BATTALION CHIEF RATES
OF PAY.
WHEREAS, on June 15, 1976, the City Council passed Resolution
No. 76R-324 and through inadvertence and error, the effective date of
Police Captain and Fire Battalion Chief rates of pay were incorrectly
designated, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that it is in
the best interests of the City to correct said Resolution No. 76R-324,
nunc pro tunc, to reflect the proper effective date for Police Captain
A, B, C and D and Fire Battalion Chief A40 through F40 and A56 through
F56 rates of pay.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that it amend and it does hereby amend Resolution No. 76R-324,
nunc pro tunc, by correcting Section 6 thereof to read as follows:
The effective date for salaries of job classes listed in
Section 2, except Police Captain, A, B, C and D and Fire
Battalion Chief A40 through F40 and A56 through F56 shall
be October 17, 1975. The effective date of Police
Captain, A, B, C and D and Fire Battalion Chief A40
through F40 and A56 through F56 shall be April 2, 1976.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended by
this Resolution, Resolution No. 76R-324 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
20th day of July , 1976.
