RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 432.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-324 AND ESTABLISHING A NEW
RATE OF PAY FOR ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff report
dated July 13, 1976 that the rate of pay for the classification of Assis-
tant City Manager be adjusted, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 76R-324 which
establishes rates of compensation for management classes, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that this
adjustment is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the classification of Assistant City Manager be allocated to
salary schedule X2095 ($2,988.27 - $3,631.33) effective August 6, 1976,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 76R-324 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 20th
