A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CONSENTING TO ASSIG14 ANT FOR THE
OPERATION OF THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE. CONCESSION
AT THE H. G. DAD MILLER AUiAHE IM 11UNIC IPAL
GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Rockland Investment
Company, Inc., entered into an agreement on the lst day of July,
1969, amended on the 17th day of February, 1970, and further
amended on the 9th day of June, 1970, to operate a food and bev-
erage concession at the H. G. Dad :-Miller Anaheim municipal Golf
Course; and
`'WHEREAS, Rockland Investment Company, Inc., desires to
assign its concession privilege to Leland R. and Janet M. Stoops;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Anaheim to
consent to said assignment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interest of the City of Anaheim to consent to said assignment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said Consent -to Assignment to allow
Leland R. and Janet M. Stoops to operate the food and beverage
concession at the H.G. Dad Miller Anaheim Municipal Golf Course
be, and it is hereby, approved by the City of Anaheim.
