A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUIICIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR PIVD THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEb1iE' NT FOR THE EIdPLOY-
ME 7T OF JESTER HARRIS''ON, AN INDIVIDUAL.
WHEREAS, the City desires to secure the services of a
Choral Festival Director having as his primary duty the direction
of the Eighth Annual Anaheim Choral Festival for the Anaheim
Parks, Recreation and the Arts Department; and
WHEREAS, Jester Harriston, an individual, is qualified
to perform the services of Choral Festival Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the Citv of Anaheim that the Mavor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute the agreement
for the temporary employment of Jester Harriston as Choral Festi-
val Director in accordance with the terms and conditions of that
certain agreement submitted herewith.
