A RESOLUTION? OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
ACCEPTANCE OF A DIRECTOR'S DEED FROM THE
STATE OF CTsLIFORNIA (NORTH OF FIR AVENUE,
EAST OF CATALPA AVENUE).
WHEREAS, the City of Anahe.ir,-. is in receipt of a
Director's Deed from. the Department of Transportation of the
State of California granting an easement to t'Ale City of Anaheim
for water mains and services located north of Fir Avenue and
east of Catalpa Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to accept saki Director's Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT rESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby accept,
that certain Director's Deec? (No. DE 063913-01-02) granting an
easement for water mains north of Fir Avenue and east of
Catalpa Avenue.
