RESOLUTION NO. 76R-- 414
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES.
(Tait & Associates, Inc.)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to install,
or cause to be installed, certain storm drain facilities;
and
WHEREAS Tait & Associates, Inc., is able to
provide engineering services needed in connection with said
improvements; and
WHEREAS, an -agreement for said services has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are acceptable
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby accept and agree
to the terms and conditions of that certain agreement with
Tait & Associates, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed -by
me this 13th day of July 1976.
