RESOLUTION NO. 76R-413
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 2798.`
WHEREAS, after a request for variance by Dunn Properties
Corporation, owner, was received, a public hearing before the Plan-
ning Commission of the City of Anaheim was held upon due and proper
notice; a result of which Variance No. 2798 was denied, covering
the following described property:
Parcel 6 in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange_,
State of California, as shown on a parcel map filed
in Book 71 Pages 11 to 17 inclusive of Parcel Maps,
in the Office of the County Recorder of said county.
WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by law,
an interested party or the City Council, on its own motion, caused
the review of said Planning Commission action at a public hearing
noticed and held as prescribed by lava and, as a result thereof,
the City Council does hereby make the following findings:
1. There is -no substantial property right possessed by other
property in the same vicinity and zone and denied tiie subject prop-
erty .
2. It appears that the subject property can be adequately
developed and used under the present zone.
PMOL°I, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the 'City Council of. the
City of Anaheim that said zoning variance be, and the same is hereby,
denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
this 13th day of July, 1976.
