A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE Pfff AGREEP'E IIT WITH ROSS DAVIS,
AN INDIVIDUAL, FOR EMPLOYMENT AS C01111EUNITY
BAND DIRECTOR.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires -to secure the ser-
vices of a Community Band Director to direct the City of Anaheim's
voluntary band; and
WHEREAS, Ross Davis, an individual, is qualified to
perform said service and desires to be employed for such purpose;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
employing Ross Davis to perform the services of Community Band
Director be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of July , 1976.
