RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 407
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH ROSS DAVIS,
AN INDIVIDUAL, FOR EMPLOYMENT AS HOST.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to secure the ser-
vices of a Host having, as his primary duty, the welcoming of guest
bands for the Anaheim Parks, Recreation and the Arts Department; and
WHEREAS, Ross Davis, an individual, is qualified to render
such service and desires to be ertiployed for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreeroent
employing Ross Davis to perform the services of Host be, and the
same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of July , 1976.
