A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT DATED
AUGUST 7, 1973, WITH JAMES M. MONTGOMERY,
CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC., PROVIDING FOR AN
INCREASE IN THE MAXIMUM FEE FOR SERVICES IN
SAID AGREEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, on August 7, 1973, the City of Anaheim
and James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineers, Inc.,
entered into an Agreement providing, among other things,
that James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineers, Inc., be
employed for engineering services in connection with the
design of a domestic water pumping station in the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of said parties to
amend said Agreement to increase the maximum fee for said
services; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said Agreement of
August 7, 1973, has been prepared, the terms and conditions
of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that an Amendment to Agreement with
James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineers, Inc., providing
for an increase in the maximum fee for services be, and the
same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said amended Agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
