1977-523WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
on March 22, 1977, adopt Resolution No. 77R -199 granting Condi-
tional Use Permit No. 1681, subject to certain conditions therein
set forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of said Resolution No. 77R -199
was superseded by Condition No. 5 subsequently imposed thereon by
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, said
Condition No. 1 was not deleted from Resolution No. 77R -199; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to cor-
rect said error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 77R -199 granting Condi-
tional Use Permit No. 1681 be, and the same is hereby, amended,
nunc pro tunc, by deleting Condition No. 1 therefrom.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects, said
Resolution No. 77R -199 shall remain in full force and effect.
