A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI 1 APPROVING THE TTER.idB AND CONDITIONS
OF A NON RESIDENTIAL RENTAL AGREEMENT AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
(Anaheim Redevelopment Agency)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of office space
for the City Attorney's Office; anc
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is able to
provide such office space in the El Camino Bank Building; and
WHEREAS, a rental agreement has been prepared whereby
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency will provide such office space;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of July 1977.
