A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND WARREN, McVEIGH, GRIFFIN HUNTINGTON FOR
RISK MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT SERVICES AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of the
City of Anaheim to obtain an objective analysis of the
risk management and employee benefits programs of the
City and to identify alternative techniques to achieve
better protection and lower costs; and
WHEREAS, said needs are of a type and complexity
requiring temporary services of a professional and technical
character; and
WHEREAS, Warren, McVeigh, Griffin Huntington,
Risk Management Consultants, have the qualifications and
experience to perform said services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement between the City and Warren, McVeigh, Griffin
Huntington for the performance of risk management consultant
services be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 19th day of July 1977.
