A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH SECURITY PACIFIC NATIONAL
BANK PERTAINING TO THE LEASE OF CERTAIN EQUIP
MNT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
(IBM 3333 -2 Disk Storage Controller)
WHEREAS, the City is engaged in providing data
processing services for various City of Anaheim departments
and other governmental entities in the area; and
WHEREAS, in order to perform said data processing
services, it is necessary to procure adequate equipment to
perform this function; and
WHEREAS, Security Pacific National Bank has offered
to lease said equipment to the City; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of an agreement
are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement submitted herewith and dated the 24th day of June,
1977, between the City of Anaheim and Security Pacific 14ational
Bank pertaining to the lease of IBM 3333 -2 Disk Storage
Controller be, and the same are, hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and si ned by
me this 19th day of July 1977.
