A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
O_F ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS IiJTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON CERTAIi' PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS.
(76 -23A)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of
the Public Service Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et
sec., Government Code) in connection with vacation and
abandonment of public service easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate, abandon, and close to public use the
following described public service easement(s), to wit:
a portion of that public utility easement
located at the rear of real property located
on the south side of Trevor Street, approximately
J40' east of Queensbury Street, said property
having a street address of 116 South Trevor
Street, Anaheim,
as said easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said vacation and aban.donrient will be heard at
a public hearing to be held at 3:00 o'cloc': P.'i., or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Char._ber in
the City :-Tall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:
August 2, 1977

BE IT FURTTIE R RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City of Anaheim.
