A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF A `dAEEIIT DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EAS.EiiENTS

4hEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of
the Public Service Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et
seq., Government Code) in connection with vacation and
abandonment of public service easements.
NOvi, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate, abandon, and close to public use the
following described public service easement(s), to wit:
That six -foot wide easement for sanitary sewer
purposes, extending from the centerline of
Emily Street to the westerly line of Claudina
Street, the centerline of said easement bein(
located annroximately 210 feet north of the
centerline of Lincoln Avenue as measured alone;
Claudina Street and approximately 171 feet
north of the centerline of Lincoln Avenue as
measured along Emily Street.
as said easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at
a public hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.I., or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in
the City Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:
August 2, 1977
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City of Anaheim.
