A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE THAT CERTAIN REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMENT RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE
FACILITIES (Influential Homes Company)
WHEREAS, in connection with the development of
offsite drainage facilities installed as a condition of
approval by the City of Tract No. 6733, Butler Housing
Corporation and Crol Company, doing business as Influential
Homes Company, did install offsite drainage facilities
costing in excess of the established drainage fees for the
area; and
WHEREAS, it has been the policy of the City and
is in the best interests of the City to enter into a
reimbursement agreement with the developer installng such
offsite drainage facilities; and
WHEREAS, said Butler Housing Corporation and Crol
Company have submitted to the City an agreement entitled
"Reimbursement Agreement" which has been reviewed and
approved by the Office of the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Reimbursement
Agreement as submitted and approved by the City Attorney.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 12 day of July 1977.
