A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH CROCKER
NATIONAL BANK AND ATJTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Crocker National
Bank entered into an Agreement dated March 15, 1977, with
regard to the Bank's participation in a program providing
low interest housing rehabilitation loans; and
WHEREAS, Section 13 of said Agreement provides for
an annual renewal for successive one -year terms after the
initial term thereof; and
WHEREAS, the parties thereto desire to renew the term
of said Agreement to and including June 30, 1978; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to said Agreement has been
prepared whereby the term of said Agreement shall be extended
to June 30, 1978; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Amendment
to Agreement are acceptable to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Amendment to Agreement are hereby approved
and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed by me this 5th
