1977-479WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim ap-
proved the final tract map for. Tract No. 8456 on August 3, 1976,
which map has subsequently been recorded with the County
Recorder; and
WHEREAS, said tract map contained thereon an irrevo-
cable offer of dedication to the City of Anaheim of the herein-
after described real property for street and public utility
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is in the public interest, benefit and welfare to accept
said offer of dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the irrevocable offer of dedication to
the City of Anaheim of that certain real property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
Lot A of Tract No. 8456 as shown on map
recorded in Book 382, Pages 22 through 24,
inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept the dedi-
cation and conveyance of said real propertyfor street and
public utility purposes.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause this Resolution of
acceptance of offer of dedication to be recorded in the Office
of the County Recorder of Orange County.
