A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2525 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. PC73 -158 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission granted Variance
No. 2525 on July 23, 1973, by Resolution No. PC73 -158; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
variance for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2525 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. PC73 -158 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of June, 1977.
