RESOLUTION NO. 77R -477
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2485 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. PC73 -65 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission granted Variance
on April 2, 1973, by Resolution No. PC73 -65; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
variance for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2485 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. PC73 -65 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of June, 1977.
