A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH C. DON MC GREGOR FOR DATA
PROCESSING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND AUTHORIZ-
ING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of professional
services in connection with the development and extension of data
processing services to the Library and Police Departments in addi-
tion to certain other technical services; and
WHEREAS, C. Don Mc Gregor is qualified and able to per-
form such services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby C. Don
Mc Gregor will provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of June 1977.
