1977-465WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Board of the City of
Anaheim, at its meeting of June 23, 1977, did duly pass a
motion that water rates for the City not be changed at this
time; and
RESOLUTION NO. 77R -465
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REAFFIRMING THE EXISTING WATER RATES.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to reaffirm base water
rates established by Resolution Nos. 77R -600 and 74R -433 as
adopted periodically by the Commodity Adjustment Clause.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that there be no amendment to City
water rates at this time and that existing water rates be
reaffirmed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of
June 19//.
