A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF TRAFFIC
SIGNAL INSTALLATION COSTS; AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
(Heltzer Enterprises Brookvale)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a
traffic signal at the intersection of LaPalma Avenue and
Baxter Street; and
WHEREAS, Heltzer Enterprises Brookvale has
agreed to install said traffic signal; and
WHEREAS, City desires to reimburse Heltzer
Enterprises Brookvale for one -half of the cost of said
installation; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
Heltzer Enterprises Brookvale will provide such traffic
signal; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said
agreement are acceptable to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
