WHEREAS, the applicant has reauested termination of said
conditional use permit for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFOR, EE IT 2,ESOLWD by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1636 be, and the same is hereby, termin-
ated and that Resolution No. 77R-97 be declared null and voiC.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
