1977-444WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77R -431 dated June 14,
1977 found and determined the public convenience and
necessity to proceed with the Riverdale Avenue Street
Improvement, South side 335 feet West of Finch Street to
Tustin Avenue (1975 -76 Sidewalk Program), in the City of
Anaheim, Work Order No. 809 -A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds that it is
in the best interests of the City of Anaheim not to proceed
with the work contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it rescind and it does hereby
rescind Resolution No. 77R -431 dated June 14, 1977 for the
Riverdale Avenue Street Improvement, South side 335 feet
West of Finch Street to Tustin Avenue (1975 -76 Sidewalk
Program), Work Order No. 809 -A.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
