1977-443WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Bonafide Security Ser-
vice entered into an agreement for security patrol services dated
March 29, 1,977, pursuant to Resolution No. 77R -216; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said agreement, the agreement shall
terminate at 12:00 midnight on June 30, 1977; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to amend
said agreement by extending the term thereof one (1) year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of an Amendment to Agreement between the City of Anaheim and
Bonafide Security Service dated March 29, 1977, extending the term
thereof for a period of one (1) year be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to Agreement for and
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of June 1977. f
