A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ESTABLISHING NEW PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM JOB
CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY, AND AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 76R -312
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated June 14, 1977 that a number of new Public Service Employment
Program job classifications be established, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 76R -312 which
established rates of compensation for unrepresented job classes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the creation of these classifications is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that Resolution No. 76R -312 is hereby amended by adding the
following new job classifications, and establishing the following rates
of pay:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 76R -312 shall remain in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this
resolution shall be June 21, 1977.
