A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R -181
BY DELETING CONDITION NO. 11 THEREFROM.
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of May, 1973, the City Council
adopted Resolution No. 73R -181 finding and determining that Title
18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should be amended and that the
property described therein should be rezoned subject to certain
specified conditions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on
June 7, 1977, to consider the deletion of Condition No. 11 from
Resolution No. 73 -181, requiring that access be acquired to the
alley on the west side of the property located at 2622 West
Lincoln Avenue in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that it
is in the best interests of the City to delete the aforedescribed
condition from Resolution No. 73R -181.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 73 -181 be, and the same
is hereby, amended by the deletion of Condition No. 11 therefrom.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, Resolution No. 73R -181 shall remain unchanged and in full
force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of June, 1977.
