A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 89R-407 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPF_NSATION FOR
CLASSES ASSIGNED TO THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL
WORKERS, LOCAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated June 19, 1990, that the classification of Senior Apparatus
Repairer be created effective June 22, 1990; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to am~qd Resolution
No. 89R-407 which established rates of cc~npensation for classifications
assigned to the International Brotherhood of Electrical ~orkers, Local 47;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of this classification is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective June 22, 1990 through July 5, 1990, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now emplc6/ed or will in the future be employed in the classification
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the
Salary Schedule Master:

2. That, effective July 6, 1990 through July 5, 1991, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and mplo~ees of the City of Anaheim who
are now ~mployed or will in the future be employed in the classification
listed below shall be allmated to the following salary schedule in the
Smlary ~hedule Master:

3. That, effective July 5, 1991 through July 2, 1992, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are no~ employed or will in the future be ~ployed in the classification
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the
Sslary Sohedule

Senior Apparatus Repairer U 2715 D-E 1.100 x Line Mechanic
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all provisims of the f4emorandum of
Understanding, dated October 8, 1989, between the City of Anaheim and the
International Brotherhood of Electrical ~omkers, Lcx:al 4? apply to the
foregoing classification.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
Re~olutic~ No. 89R-407 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
