1977-410WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby elect to proceed under the Public Service Easements Vacation Law (Government Code Section 50430 et seq.) in conection with the vacation of a portion of a public service easement located within the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, the legal description of the portion of said easement to be vacated is set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in full. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate that portion of a certain public service easement as described in Exhibit "A" hereof, and as further shown on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 28th day of June, 1977, at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the City Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, be the time and place for hearing evidence to be offered by all persons interested in or object- ing to the proposed vacation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, directed to post, or cause to be posted, this resolution of intention along the line of said proposed vacation. Such notices shall be posted at least 10 days before the hearing date and shall posted not more than 300 feet apart, but at least three such notices shall be posted.
