1977-408WHEREAS, Battle Investment Company, Inc., is the
owner of certain property located within the County of
Orange, State of California; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to lease a
portion of said property for use by, and the relocation of,
the Manpower Services Division; and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
lease agreement between the City of Anaheim and Battle
Investment Company, Inc., for the lease of office space on
the property more particularly described in said lease
agreement be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 7th day of June 1977.
