A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 87R-287 NHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSES ASSIGNED TO THE GENERAL UNIT REPRESENTED 8Y THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL ENPLOYEES ASSOCIATION
HEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated June 19, 1990, that the claeelffcatfons of Park Planning Aide,
Park Planning Assistant and Street Maintenance Field Supervisor be created
effective June 22, 1990; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolutlo~
No. 87R-287 which established rate~ of compensation for class~ assigned to
tiaa General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association;
and
NHEREAS, the City Co~ncll of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of these classifications is In the best interest of the City of
Anaheim.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective June 22 through October 11, 1990, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and ~nploye~ of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classifications
listed beloW shall be allocated to the folloWing salary schedole in the
Smlary Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEB that all provisions of the Memorandum of
Understanding, dated Desember 9, 1987, between the Cfty of Anaheim and the
General Unit of the Anahetm Municipal Emplo~=e~ Association apply to the
foregoing classiffcations.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 87R-287 shall ren~in In full force and effect.
