1977-402A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM A.PPROVI1G THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
CANAL RANDOLPH ANAHEIM, INC., AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Canal Randolph Anaheim, Inc. is the owner of
certain property located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to lease a portion
of said property for use by the Anaheim Police Department as addi-
tional office facilities; and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a lease
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Canal- Randolph Anaheim,
Inc., for additional office facilities on property more particu-
larly described in said lease agreement be, and the same are
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 31st day of May 1977.
