1977-383..t-SOLUTION :3• 77- 383 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF r= CITY OF ANAH=1 ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO PURCHASE CERTAIN CITY-OED PROPERTY. (Butler Housing Corporation) WHEREAS, Butler housing Corporation has, by letter dated April 19, 1977, offered to purchase certain City-owned property in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, de- scribed as: That portion of the North half of Section 24, Ton- ship 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in Book 2, pages 256 and 257 of Patents, records of Los Angeles County, described as follows: Commencing at the centerline intersection of Wasser Road 40.00 feet wide with the centerline of Taft Avenue 40.00 feet wide, as said centerlines are de- scribed in deed recorded in Ilook 352, page 82, Offi- cial Records, as shown on the map attached thereto; thence N 39° 50' 10" E, 70.47 feet along the center- line of said Taft Avenue to a point in a curve con- cave westerly and having a radius of 44 feet, a radial line bearing S 30° 14' 26" L passes throuch said point; thence Northerly along said curve through a central angle of 26° 19' 06" an arc distance of 20.21 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 20.00 feet northerly of the centerline of said. Taft Avenue to the true point of beginning, said point of intersection also being a point in a curve concave southerly and having a radius of 44 feet, a radial line bearing N 73° 26' 23" E passes through said point; thence along said curve Northwesterly, Westerly and Southwesterly through a central angle of 147° 12' 33" an arc distance of 113.05 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 20 feet northerly of the centerline of said Taft Avenue, a radial line bearing 73° 46' 03" W passes through said point; thence N 39° 50' 10" E, 84.42 feet along said Parallel line to the true point of beginning; and WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said offer are ac- ceptable to the City of AnaheiTa. NOW, THEREFORE, *ET,: IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that it Coes accept the terms and conditions of said offer to purchase City-owned. property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute a deed to said property. DE IT FUR= =SOL= that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of Anaheila such other documents as lay be necessary to effectuate sale of this property and to complete this transaction.
