1977-382WHEREAS, on the 10th day of May, 1977, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No.
77R -345 finding and determining that public convenience and
necessity required the construction and completion of the
Microwave Relay Communications Tower; and
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of
the City Council that a limited response to bids has been
received on Work Order No. 909; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has requested an
extension of time for the submittal and opening of said bids
to allow the prospective bidders additional time to complete
their calculations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be
for the benefit and in the best interests of the City to
extend the bid date and award date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 77R -345, approved
on the 10th day of May, 1977, be, and the same is hereby,
amended to the following extent only:
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as herein
above amended, said Resolution No. 77R -345 shall remain in
full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signe4 by
me this 24th day May, 1977.
