1977-375WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
has determined that an automatic fire suppression system
should be used in areas containing electronic data
processing equipment for the protection of said equipment;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of
contracting with Glenmart Company, Inc. for installing a
Fenwal Halon 1301 Fire Protection System at 125 East Bali
Road in Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared between
the City of Anaheim and Glenmart Co., Inc. for the
installation of a fire suppression system at 125 East Ball
Road, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
agreement with Glenmart Company, Inc. on behalf of the City.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and s'oned
by me this 24th day of May 1977.

OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND GLENMART COMPANY, INC.
PERTAINING TO THE INSTALLATION OF A FIRE
SUPPRESSION SYSTEM TO PROTECT ELECTRONIC DATA
PROCESSING EQUIPMENT OF THE CITY, AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
