1977-374WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1974 (Section
81000 et seq. Government Code) was approved by the electors
of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Political Reform Act of
1974, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is required to
establish and designate the commissions, departments or
agencies which are required to adopt a conflict of interest
code in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 77R 290, the
City Council of the City of Anaheim did require the Community
Center Authority to adopt a conflict of interest code; and
WHEREAS, the Community Center Authority, pursuant
to Resolution No. CCA -92, did adopt a conflict of interest
code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council at a public hearing on
this date has reviewed the conflict of interest code of the
Community Center Authority and finds that it meets the re-
quirements of Section 87300 et seq. of the Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby approve the con
flict of interest code submitted by the Community Center
Authority.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
file a copy of the conflict of interest code of the Community
Center Authority and this resolution in her office.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
