1977-373WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 603 on August 18, 1964, by Resolution No. 64R -629; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that
Conditional Use Permit No. 603 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 603 be, and the same is hereby, termin-
ated and that Resolution No. 64R -629 be declared null and void.
TIIE FOREGOING PESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of May, 1977.
