WHEREAS, the City Council granted Reclassification No.
59-60-105 on June 21, 1960, by Resolution No. 6092; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said reclassification for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, T-iEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Reclassification No. 59-60-105 be, and the same is hereby, termina-
ted and that Resolution No. 6092 be declared null and void.
