A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS.
(76 -16A)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et seq., Government
Code) in connection with vacation and abandonment of public service
easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate,
abandon, and close to public use the following described public
service easements, to wit:
1. That certain public utility easement located on the west
side of Euclid Avenue, approximately 230 feet north of the center-
line of Glenoaks Avenue, extending from the west line of Euclid
Avenue to a point approximately 40 feet westerly thereof;
2. That certain public utility easement located on the west
side of Euclid Avenue, approximately 160 feet north of the center-
line of Glenoaks Avenue, extending from the west line of Euclid
Avenue to a point approximately 220 feet westerly thereof;
as said easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in or
objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a pub-
lic hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter
as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the City Hall,
204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
