A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERN'S AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL GOLF SERVICES
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT OM BEHALF
OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of
golf services at the Anaheim Hills Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, Robert Killion is able to provide
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Robert
Killion will provide such professional golf and related services;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of May 1977.
