A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A LICENSE FROM PACIFIC
AMERICAN PROPERTIES, INC. FOR USE OF A
ROADWAY FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS FROM ESPERANZA
ROAD TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM'S MICROWAVE
REPEATER TOWER SITE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has entered into a
lease agreement whereby the City will construct and operate
a microwave repeater tower on The Metropolitan Water
District of Southern California's Santiago Control Tower
site in the County of Orange; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a
license from Pacific American Properties, Inc. to use a
roadway for ingress and egress from Esperanza Road to the
City's said repeater tower site; and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Water District of
Southern California has a license for such use from Pacific
American Properties, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Pacific American Properties, Inc. is
willing to grant a similar license to the City of Anaheim
for such use; and
WHEREAS, a license has been prepared whereby
Pacific American Properties, Inc. grants the said road to
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said license
is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 10th day of May 1977.
