1977-332WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirous of providing additional medical and dental
benefits for the employees of the City; and
WHEREAS, General Medical Centers Health Plan, a
corporation, has submitted a Master Group Agreement; and
WHEREAS, said agreement and cover letter dated
April 18, 1977, from Larry B. Gray has been reviewed by the
staff of the City, the terms and conditions of said
agreement and cover letter which is incorporated into the
agreement are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim to enter into said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of the
Master Group Agreement between the General Medical Centers
Health Plan and the City of Anaheim be, and the same is
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cover letter from
General Medical Centers Health Plan dated April 18, 1977,
from Larry B. Gray amending the Master Group Agreement is
hereby approved and incorporated into said basic contract as
though set out therein in full.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 10th day of May, 1977.
