A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2689 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 75R -241 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted. Variance No.
2689 on May 13, 1975, by Resolution No. 75R -241; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination
of said variance for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council that Variance No. 2689 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 75R -241 be declared
null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 3rd day of May, 1977.
