RESOLUTION NO. 77R -317
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 1658 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. PC76 -202
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted
Conditional Use Permit No. 1658 on October 11, 1976, by
Resolution No. PC76 -202; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination
of said Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no
longer needed; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended
that Conditional Use Permit No. 1658 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Conditional Use Permit No. 1658 be, and the same is
hereby, terminated and that Resolution No. PC76 -202 be
declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 3rd day of May, 1977. /7
